Il chiamante si spaccia per un operatore N26 e durante la conversazione cerca attivamente conferma di dati reali del conto (saldo, ultime transazioni), probabilmente per usarli in una seconda chiamata più pericolosa. Cita anche comunicazioni ufficiali N26 vere con date corrette, sostenendo che non si sia risposto — in realtà non richiedevano alcuna azione. Strategia in due fasi: prima raccolgono dati, poi scatta la richiesta di codici OTP o bonifici. N26 non chiama mai spontaneamente: riagganciate e contattate N26 solo tramite app.
