Sosteneva che io avessi un mese fa cambiato operatore elettrico e fossi passata a Gesam, conosceva la mia utenza, indirizzo e nome, mi ha detto che a causa di un guasto alla linea che sarebbe durato a tempo indeterminato era costretto a cambiarmi operatore e che mi avrebbe passato all'ufficio per fare la registrazione. Quando gli ho detto che non conoscevo la Gesam e che non mi fidavo ha riattaccato
